how does a virtual tour work?

There are various techniques for creating virtual tours. Interact uses a digital camera mounted on a panoramic tripod head to take a series of overlapping photographs, which are then “stitched” together to create a full 360° panorama. When viewed in a web browser, the user can pan around the 360° panorama as if they were looking around.
